1-0 victory keeps playoff hopes alive

Nevada Coyotes kept its playoff hopes alive with a 1-0 victory over Azteca FC this past Saturday night. Bryce Campbell headed in the game winner in the 65th minute off of an assist from Chucho Maldonado to ensure the victory.

Nevada Coyotes is now only one point out of second place with one match still to play. The team travels to Cal Victory this weekend in another must-win game. The team will also need help from CD Aguiluchos, who plays Azteca FC. An Aguiluchos victory or draw is needed for Nevada Coyotes’s playoff hopes to stay alive.

The second leg of the first round of the Conference Cup has also been announced as Nevada Coyotes will travel to East Bay FC on Saturday, December 9. Nevada Coyotes will enter that contest up 4-0 in the two-leg, aggregate goal match up and will advance to the second round with a win or a loss by no more than 5 goals.
